Shipping & Delivery Policy

Once an online order is placed, a piano specialist will contact you within 24 hours to coordinate delivery details.

White Glove Delivery

Free white glove delivery is provided for eligible Yamaha Clavinova, Yamaha AvantGrand, and select digital pianos within our delivery zone. White glove delivery includes in-home placement, assembly, removal of packaging, and removal of an existing upright or baby grand piano located on the first floor at no additional charge.

The first two flights of stairs are included when disclosed at the time of order. Second-floor or multi-level delivery must be noted during checkout.

LTL Freight Delivery

LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight delivery is used when white glove service is not available. LTL delivery is curbside to locations accessible by tractor trailer. Tracking information is provided, and the carrier will schedule delivery in advance. If you need shipment status or tracking assistance, please contact us at (732) 462-4730 or [email protected].

All shipments are insured. If packaging shows visible damage, photos must be taken, the damage must be noted on the bill of lading, and the driver must sign. Customers must notify Freehold Music Center immediately of any damage to initiate an insurance claim.

We cannot deliver to locations accessible only by ferry.

If a Certificate of Insurance (COI) is required for delivery, it must be provided at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date. Additional charges may apply for upgraded delivery services or special access requirements.

All acoustic pianos leave the store tuned to A-440. We recommend waiting 2–4 weeks after delivery before scheduling a tuning due to humidity and environmental changes.
