White Glove Delivery
With every Online Purchase of the Yamaha Clavinova or Avant Grand, located in our delivery zone, we offer free white glove delivery by our in house delivery team.
We will bring your new piano into your home packaged in the box, assemble it, remove the box and remove any existing upright or baby grand piano that is on the first floor for Free!

We cannot deliver to Islands accessible by Ferry only.

LTL Delivery
LTL Delivery or Less than Truck Load Freight is Delivered by a common carrier tractor trailer. LTL delivery is Free as long as the location is accessible by tractor trailer and is not considered a limited access location*.
The Digital Piano box is strapped to a pallet, equipped with a tip and drop indicator and is fully insured. Each piano comes with assembly instructions, all that is needed for assembly is a Philips head screw driver.
Tracking info is provided and the Trucking company will call before delivery to set up an appointment.
The boxed digital piano will be delivered to front door or garage.
If any Damage is shown on box please take pictures, note it on the bill of lading and have the driver sign off on it. This is needed if piano is damaged during shipping to file a claim through the insurance company. Please notify us ASAP if box shows damage.

New in Box Delivered Items
Digital pianos purchased online at princetonpianos.com can be returned for a 30% restocking fee within 16 days of delivery.
Just call us at (732) 462-4730 or e-mail [email protected] to arrange pick up of your instrument, no need to bring it to us.
If you wish to exchange for higher level model or to an acoustic piano we will wave the restocking fee and extended the return period to 32 days. This is for online purchases only. Must come into store and select different piano.
We will be happy to assist if any warranty issues arise.
